Terms and Conditions of Ownership
Ownership at any resort has certain obligations and privileges. All owners are required to follow the terms and conditions of ownership described fully in the Public Offering Statement issued at the time of purchase. Owners are advised to refer to this and to their contract for a full description of all ownership rights and obligations.
The Summit at Four Seasons Resort provides certain benefits of ownership to all owners in good standing. Among the amenities available for owner use are the Indoor Amenities Center containing racquetball court, weight room, game room, cocktail lounge, adult swimming pool with waterslide, children’s swimming pool with waterslide, adult Roman Spa, coed sauna, and men’s and women’s locker rooms furnished with showers. Outdoor Amenities include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.
