Christmas Week and New Years Reservations Policy
- All prices in this rate card are subject to 8% NH Room Tax. In order to guarantee reservations, a Deposit of 50% of total stay is required, but no less than first nights stay.
- Check-In 4:00 p.m. Check Out 10:00 a.m. Deviations from times must be arranged in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded with 14 or more days advance notice, minus $15.00 service charge.
- Guests are expected to treat their accommodations with care and respect. Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will not be tolerated and charges for same will be assessed to the Guest of Record in addition to a $25 Service Charge. NO PETS ALLOWED!
- Guests are expected to leave units in a neat and orderly condition. Excessive Cleaning Service costs will be assessed to the Guest of Record along with a $25 Service Charge.
- During Check-In, a Security/Damage Deposit in the form of a credit card imprint of $200 is required from the Guest of Record along with a written acknowledgment that Summit Resort may, at its sole discretion, assess charges for damages; long distance phone calls; excessive Cleaning Service costs; and/or Service Charges for any of the above, against said guest’s credit card or cash deposit. Such charges are seldom necessary, but they will be assessed if appropriate. An accounting of any charges will be made in writing to the Guest of Record. If no charges are assessed, the credit card imprint will be destroyed. Guest of Record must be at least 21 years old and have a major credit card in their name.
